My Home inspector was very professional, knowledgeable, nice, and on time. Also I enjoy the experience with this company. He was able to answer any question I asked. If there was something I didn’t understand he was willing to go into more details to help me understand the situation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The price may be a little high but for the price that you pay it is worth it for all the things they do. Same day Home Report no wait time. The report on the House is very detail and simple to read. The pictures that is taken of the house is very clear. Overall my Home inspector did a awesome job!!

He was thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and very pleasant. He took time to explain his findings, including showing me as much of the “problems” as possible. Pictures are good, but seeing the actual “problem” makes things much clearer.

Chuck was a man with integrity and very knowledgeable in his profession. He drove an hour to get to my house in order to do my inspection upon his arrival I had spoken to the homeowners insurance company who is telling me that they might not be able to ensure me because of all the New restrictions. I told Chuck that and he said to me that we would hold off on the inspection and that once I find out about insurance that he would come back and do the inspection. He was very upbeat about the situation and was not at all disappointed in the fact that she was unable to do the inspection. He even took the time to point some things out to me About the house At no charge and that is someone I like doing business with.

Promptly scheduled inspection and was very thorough with things. Their rates are significantly lower than others.

Cole was professional, punctual (slightly early even!) and knowledgeable. He helped identify issues that I needed to do further due diligence on with regard to a home purchase. He produced a report with pictures at the end which was clear and detailed. It was useful and helped me negotiate the price of the property down with the seller. I have no one to compare him to since this is my first home, but was satisfied with the work.
